Oversized flowing Smock dress made from soft yet durable fabrics. They feel softer with every wash. The fabric is hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking, and adjusts to your body temperature to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter which makes it a great choice for any time of the year.

Details & Care
- Fabric is not pre-washed. Cotton/Linen fabrics can shrink by 3% if washed incorrectly. Steam the item after washing to relax the fabric back to size.
- Linen, much like cotton, does have a tendency to shrink. For that reason, avoid washing linen clothes in hot water and opt for either warm or cold water; if your linen is a vibrant or dark colour, stick with cold to avoid fading.
- Linen is best washed with a mild detergent
- Hand wash only - no machine washing - even on gentle cycle
- Avoid the use of fabric softener, and never use bleach on linen clothing, even if it's white.
- Avoid wringing the fabric. Because of the way linen fibres are structured, over-handling can cause damage.
- When air drying, either lay the garment flat on a towel or use a drying rack in the shade; avoid hangers, which will leave unsightly dent marks unless they're padded.
- Dark colours will fade when dried in the sun— please avoid drying your linen in the sun if you want to keep your colours fresh.
- If you feel as though your linen has shrunk steam your garment. Start from the mid section and gently pull down, this will help relax the fabric back to its original size.

Shipping Within New Zealand
- All New Zealand orders are currently shipped with gosweetpot.com, the courier will be decided upon shipping but generally the couriers used are FASTWAYS, POST HASTE and NZ COURIERS.
- Orders are generally delivered within 2 working days of being shipped, delays may apply to rural addresses. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of being shipped please contact us.
- Rural addresses are charged an extra fee, this is reflective of the rural charges which are charged by the courier companies
- Please ensure you include special delivery notes for your parcel or we advise delivering to a work address where the parcel can be signed for.
- We highly advise not instructing the courier to leave your goods unattended for your safety.
- We are not able to post to PO BOX addresses please provide a non PO BOX address.

- We ship to currently ship worldwide, International orders will be shipped with New Zealand Post and DHL.
- It it the customers responsibility to check our postage rates BEFORE placing an order, sorry we aren’t able to offer discounted international postage rates at this stage.
- We are not able to post to PO BOX addresses please provide a non PO BOX address.
- All orders are shipped within two business days of receiving your order, if placed over a holiday or long weekend they will be shipped on the next working day.
- International orders can take up to 10 business days and can take longer if they are held up in customs. Please keep in mind there are still shipping delays so your parcel may take longer than expected to reach you. You will be emailed tracking information so you can track your parcel.
- Orders to Australia are charged a flat rate of $30 NZD. This is a a tracked courier service which should reach you within 2-6 working days (excluding customs delays if applicable). Please bear in mind with Covid-19 there can be significant delays which are out of our hands. Please only purchase if you’re ok with these delays. We are not able to speed up the processing of the orders once they have left Neon Gypsy.
Tracking
- This is a tracking international economy courier service, sorry we are unfortunately unable to offer cheaper or discounted rates for international postage services from New Zealand.
- Our service includes international express courier and the cost of shipping materials (bags + packaging).

Customs Tax & Duty Fees
- Import Customs tax and duty fees are at the buyers expense. Please be aware of what your fees may be for your country.
- All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Neon Gypsy is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Neon Gypsy is unable to accept returns from customers who refuse to pay their duty and tax fees for their order.
