HOW DO I JOIN NEON COLLECTIVE LOYALTY?
Create a Neon Collective customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Neon Collective Loyalty' on the bottom of your screen.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF NEON COLLECTIVE LOYALTY?
Neon Collective wants to show our customers how much we value them. The Neon Collective Loyalty program rewards you when you shop with exclusive access to special discounts, access to events and sales, so you can feel the love.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Each time you purchase an item online or in-store at Neon Collective, you will accumulate points – 1 point per $1 spent. You can also earn points for other interactions including celebrating your birthday and following Neon Collective on social media. To see all the ways you can earn points – visit the rewards section on our website.
WHAT ARE THE REWARDS
For every 500 points you will be rewarded with a $25 voucher (as a unique discount code) that you will be able to spend within 30 days. This voucher can be used online or in-store with a minimum spend of $100 per voucher.

For every 1000 points you will be rewarded with a $50 voucher (as a unique discount code) that you will be able to spend within 30 days. This voucher can be used online or in-store with a minimum spend of $150 per voucher

For every 2000 points you will be rewarded with a $100 voucher (as a unique discount code) that you will be able to spend within 30 days. This voucher can be used online or in store with a minimum spend of $299 per voucher.
HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by logging into your account and then clicking on the 'Neon Collective Loyalty' icon at the bottom of your screen on our website. Each time you shop online or in-store, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance.
WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Your points will only expire if you do not shop with us for over 12 months. For example, if you last shopped November 2022, and don't shop again until December 2023, your points will be set back to 0. We will send you a reminder email when your points are close to expiring. To ensure you don't lose your points shop with us again and they will be active for another 12 months.
HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS
When you have enough points to unlock a $25, $50 or $100 Loyalty Voucher, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique discount code. You can use your discount code during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. These vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and 1 voucher can only be used once every 7 days. If you would like to use one of your Vouchers in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter when making your purchase and we can apply the reward at checkout for you.
ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS ON WHAT I CAN PURCHASE WITH MY LOYALTY VOUCHER?

Loyalty Vouchers are now valid on your purchases storewide. We are happy to announce we now allow loyalty vouchers on sale items as long as they meet the minimum spend requirement. From time to time we run special sale offers or new to sale stock where sale vouchers may not be applicable.
CAN FRIENDS & FAMILY USE MY LOYALTY VOUCHERS?
No, sadly friends and family are not eligible to use your Loyalty Vouchers. They are only valid for the account holder. We recommend friends & family create an account to become a member and start earning points.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE FOR A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
All purchases used with a Loyalty Voucher are deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged and are subject to our general Terms & Conditions of sale.

Neon Collective reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time.

Loyalty Vouchers are valid for 30 days from redemption date and only 1 Loyalty Voucher may be used once every 7 days.

Loyalty Points are eligible to be collected storewide. However from time to time some exclusions may apply where points cannot be accrued and Loyalty Vouchers cannot not be redeemed on specific styles.

Loyalty Vouchers can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons or offers.

Points will not be earned on shipping fees.

Loyalty Vouchers cannot be used on Neon Collective Gift Cards.

Items purchased with a Loyalty Voucher, are strictly final sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged and are subject to our general terms and conditions.

Customers must be registered users to earn and redeem Neon Collective Loyalty Points (NGLP) at www.neoncollective.co.nz/loyalty ▪ Spend $1NZ and receive 1 NGLP. ▪ NCLP expire after 1 year (365 days) ▪ NCLP are not valid for cash back. ▪ Loyalty Points can be earned on purchases storewide. Excluding Gift Cards, and from time to time we run special sale offers or new to sale stock where loyalty vouchers may not be applicable. ▪ Orders that have been placed consecutively to receive a discount may be declined a refund. Alternatively we will offer an online credit on the order made prior to the order which received the loyalty discount. This is at the sole discretion of Neon Collective. ▪ Returned orders which initially receive free shipping will have $10 NZD deducted from your refund to cover the costs involved with shipping your order. Customers returning a portion of their order for a refund will have a portion of the $10 NZD postage + handling fee return fee deducted from their refund to cover the costs involved with shipping your order. ▪ If you have received a gift with purchase, the gift must be returned otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. ▪ We reserve the right to modify or cancel the NCLP program at any time ▪ The terms of NCLP may be varied from time to time at the absolute sole discretion of management. ▪ We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice and without giving a reason. ▪ We reserve the right to prohibit certain users from earning or redeeming NCLP. ▪ We will not provide any consideration for NCLP you’ve earned but not redeemed, at the time of termination. ▪ Our NCLP program generates emails and on occasion the NCLP balance sent may be out of date and incorrect. ▪ We are in no way obliged to honour a point balance indicated in automatically generated emails and reserve the right to deduct or add NCLP. ▪ Loyalty points are eligible to earn Laybuy or Afterpay purchases. ▪ Any returned items purchased with a voucher may have the voucher discount or value subtracted from the return credit. ▪ Cancelled orders will result in NCLP being removed from your account.
